Accreditation Committee

The Accreditation Committee is a standing committee of the Council. The Committee is responsible for recommending to the Council candidacy of new colleges and accreditation of new and existing colleges. The Committee meets twice a year, usually in the spring and fall. 

The composition of the Committee includes two representatives from CPME-accredited colleges of podiatric medicine, one representative from the podiatric medical practice community, and at least two Council members. At least one representative from the CPME-accredited colleges of podiatric medicine must be an educator in podiatric medicine.
