CPME has a New Address!
Report of the Council
Guest Meeting Policy
The Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) recently restructured Council and committee meetings so that all matters of discussion, deliberation, and voting will occur during executive sessions. This decision was made in accordance with the practice of other accrediting agencies. The public session will now consist of interested organizations or individuals providing either a written or verbal update to CPME or one of its committees, with a maximum time allotment to speak of three minutes.
To attend a public session of the CPME or one of its committees, guests must register with CPME at least two weeks in advance of a meeting. A registration link will be provided on this homepage.
We recognize that this is a change from our previous practice, and you are welcome to provide any update to the Council or its committees verbally or in writing. A report of CPME’s final decisions and actions will be posted approximately 30 days after the spring or fall meetings on the CPME website through the Report of the CPME.
At-Large Member Positions Open on the Council
CPME’s Nominating Committee is seeking applications for at-large and postsecondary educator positions on the Council. Individuals seeking election to the Council must submit a curriculum vitae and an application letter that addresses both the requirements and the area of need to Heather Stagliano by June 15, 2024, to be considered.
